Refund & Cancellation Policy
We understand plans can change! Here's how our policy works:
- You may cancel or reschedule a booked session by emailing **pooltroubleservice@gmail.com** at least **2 hours** before your appointment time.
- Missed appointments or last-minute cancellations are **not eligible for refunds.**
- If your session is disrupted or missed due to a technical issue or an error on our end, we’ll gladly reschedule at no charge.
- All purchases are final once confirmed. Refunds will not be issued for completed services.
